Dates and Deadlines
- Oct. 8: postmark deadline to avoid $5/day
late fee.
- Oct. 15: postmark deadline to avoid $10/day
late fee.
- Oct. 20: start times posted on web. Entries
received after this time will be treated as day-of registrations.
Day-of registrations are welcome, but with a $10/day late fee and
without a guarantee of pre-printed maps--you may have to copy your map
on-time.
- Oct. 25: 9-11 AM packet pick-up at meet
site; 11 AM first starts; allow for 25 minute walk to start with 100
meter climb.
- Oct. 26: 9 AM first starts; allow 30 minutes
for bus ride to start, 20 minutes for White and Yellow courses; awards
as early as possible, hopefully by 1:00 PM.
