Dates and Deadlines

  • Aug 31: Deadline to make hotel reservations at the reduced meet rate.
     
  • Sept 10: postmark deadline to avoid $10/day late fee.
     
  • Sept 21, 7:00-9:00 PM: Packet pick-up at Hampton Inn in Milford.
     
  • Sept 22, 8:00-10:00 AM: Packet pick-up at meet site (Cranbury Park in Norwalk)
     
  • Sept 22, 11:00 AM: First starts for Sprint 1, 1:00 pm first starts for Sprint B
     
  • Sept 22, 3:00 PM: Awards for Sprint A meets, cumulative time and announcement of finalists.
     
  • Sept 22, 3:30 PM: Women's final, 3:40 for men's. Awards for finalists at 4 PM. Optional run of championship sprint course at 4:15 PM.
     
  • Sept 22, 2:00 PM: Relay teams must have forms submitted.
     
  • Sept 23, 10:00 AM: Mass start for relay.
     
  • Sept 23, 10:05 AM: Special Junior Junior relay.
     
  • Sept 23, 2:00 PM: Awards (ASAP).
