The required textbook is:

1,  "General Chemistry", 4th ed, by Hill, Petrucci, McCreary and Perry.

The textbook contains all the material we will discuss in class.  It contains examples and problems essential to learning the material.

You may also find the following helpful:

2.  Student Solutions Manual, by C. Alton Hassell.  The Solutions guide contains worked solutions to the problems contained in the text.



These two books will be available in the campus bookstore. 
These two books will be used throughout the two semesters of General Chemistry.

Additionally, copies of the study guide will be on reserve in the library.
