Assignments:

When you log in or when you click on Assignments you will see a table listing all homework, quizzes, due dates and scores.

To take a homework assignment, simply click on the assignment name.  Then complete the multiple-choice homework.  These questions are based on textbook problems and usually cannot be done in your head. You will instantly find out if you get an answer correct and if so, you can proceed to the next question.  If you get a question incorrect you have the option of seeing a help sheet (if available).  Remember you can also get help from the Proctor/Tutors in the Math Lab as well as from your instructor.  You can click on More Information to find out the name of the homework assignment, the due date and the average score on the homework.

Quizzes are made up of the same questions (and at the same level) as the online homework assignments.  If your instructor allows, you can take the quiz in practice mode by clicking on the quiz and selecting take in practice mode.  Please note that your score will not be recorded.

When you feel ready to take the quiz in proctored mode, you can go to the Math Center (BNW 129??) during the announced hours and take the quiz there.  You will be required to show an ID.
