I got to meet some folks I think are beyond neat at the GLAAD Media Awards on Saturday night in New York City. Top left is Dave Hall and I with Tim Gunn from “Project Runway”; top right is me with Ana Ortiz from “Ugly Betty”; bottom left are style power couple Simon Doonan and Jonathan Adler with Dave and I; bottom right is Michael Urie (from “Ugly Betty” as well) with my friend George and I. Truth be told, I was most excited to meet happy-chic designer Jonathan Adler (also of “Top Design” on Bravo). His lighting fixtures hang above my couch, his vases are on my bookcase, his wallpaper is on my wall, and his sheets are on my bed. I told him all of this and I think he was scared (but he did say he appreciated the patronage). Tim Gunn, Michael Urie and Ana Ortiz are all beyond nice (Ana Ortiz is perfection!) and it is great that they took the time to support an organization well worth supporting.
