I am spending Christmas and New Years in Palm Springs (Loves it!) and the other day DH and I hiked Tahquitz Canyon. The waterfall was as gorgeous as I remember from the last time I walked that canyon (think Hypercolor t-shirt and Bugle Boy Jeans) and thanks to abundant snowfall on the mountains, the melting runoff was gorgeous. The canyon, like much of Palm Springs, is under the jurisdiction of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. I posted some pictures here and will be sure and post some more photos from the my extended winter holiday in Palm Springs by the end of the week. And yes, it is insanely gorgeous weather here in Palm Springs.
